This is a re-conditioned black enamel Anglepoise wall mounted lamp.  The lamp has been rewired for 12volt 20 watt halogen capsule bulbs and comes with new in-line switch and 12 volt wall plug. The wall mount is the original cast iron 'crumple' black paint finish. 

The lamp is in good but not absolutely perfect condition.
