This is an original BBC Model B produced for the BBC by Acorn Computers in 1981 (I remember listening to the complaints of my children as shipments were delayed despite the friends who had settled for the model A having received theirs!)

Original condition, has never been upgraded.

It was put into store 15 years ago and I have not located the manuals. If I find them they will be included, but assume for now they are not included.

I have switched it on and connected to a portable TV, the welcome screen appears and it seems to be in working order. But other than typing in a few commands in basic and leaving it switched on for 24 hours it has not been used since going into storage. It was a strange feeling typing with a professional keyboard - how many pcs can offer that these days!

Original cables for tape, tv and power are still attached.

In response to the enquiries re operating system version, when the *HELP command is typed the operating system is displayed as OS 1.20.

A: Yes, as I was quoting for parcelforce 48 at cost. Once payment is made you could arrange courier - we would need to agree a time slot for collection, but I don't see that as a problem. Thanks for enquiry
