ORIGINAL 1980's Arcade Table from an arcade table supplier (ackland automatics of south devon)
Highly Collectible, FULLY WORKING WITH GAME INSTALLED WITH CONTROLS ON BOTH SIDES OF THE TABLE.
It currently has the game `1942` on it (which was released in 1983), a flying space invaders style game with powerups etc, but based in the 2nd world war after pearl harbour against the japanese. HIGHLY ADDICTIVE and very fun to play. (my favourite as a kid).
It takes 20p to play, but has keys to unlock etc, setup for 2 players but programmed for one at the moment, but comes with codes for programming etc (see pic)
Would make a very cool collectible coffee table or could be upgraded to take a pc with MAME roms for hundreds of games. (there are tutorials for converting online etc, but I would personally leave it as it is for collectible value)
The screen is great, my photo's have a lot of reflection in them so its difficult to see it properly but its clear. I paid £600 for it a month ago, as they were closing down (they were next door to my workplace) and had been trading for over 25 years.
It would have to be Local Pickup only as there is no way it could be posted as it weighs quite a bit. (takes two to carry).
there is no reserve, I am only selling it to fund a new car purchase, no other reason, I will be sad to see it go, as it is in my workplace and we spend our lunch breaks every day playing it. (It is very addictive, I can garuantee)
