If you are not completely satisfied with any products that you’ve purchased I’d be happy to give you a full refund for the goods providing full proof of purchase including invoices and transaction confirmation is included .

Refunds can only be issued to the original payee of goods. Postage costs, gift wrapping and Express Delivery cannot not be included in the refund as the company does not have its own delivery service and relies upon the services of independent external companies to make deliveries, for which we are not refunded. 

All returns must be recieved here within 7 days of despatch for UK customers or 14 days for International customers and we must be notified within 2 days of acceptance of delivery about the reason why the goods are no longer required or are deemded to be faulty. This would need to be made in writing (email or post) in order to keep it on file. Goods must be unused, unsoiled and of merchantable quality and returned in suitable packaging to protect it against damage during transit back to us. A replacement or refund will be given if the goods returned fulfil the above criteria.

If proof of purchase cannot be provided an exchange, gift vouchers or credit note can be given.
