Proof of postage is always obtained: The post office state 21 days before commencement of a claim for insurance purposes.

Posting & packing is a painful part of the process, as a modeller the time it takes is frustrating, prefer getting on with work than be stuck in post office queues. .. It is also part of the process trying to find boxes & packets of all different shapes & sizes to send items in, so please forgive the recycled packaging that is often used, however, please rest assured that items are packed very, very carefully to insure safe arrival.
Postage costs reflect the true cost & not just the actual cost – ink, paper, tape, bubble wrap & tissue are not free, plus driving/parking & queuing at the post office take hours from the business of trying to bring you the best quality products at the most affordable prices possible.
