For all auctions with a total (inc p&p) of less than £10 we will send using standard 1st Class post. All orders over £10 will be sent by 1st Class Recorded Signed For posting

Proof of posting will be completed for all dispatches however tracking information will only be issued when Recorded Delivery is requested. We advise all our customers to request and pay for a trackable method.

Shipping discounts are available on combined purchases where available. If you purchase multiple items shipping discounts are only available if paid for as a combined invoice not seperately.

We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24hours (excluding weekends & bank holidays). Unfortunately we cannot guarantee this timescale and in busy periods this may be slightly longer but we will try our very best for you. If this is the case then we will contact you to let you know when your goods will be dispatched.

To qualify for full refund we must be informed of return of all items within fourteen days of receipt of goods unopened and unused in its original packaging in mint condition.

All items must be returned at the purchaser's own expense using a trackable method.
