QV 1/2d 'V.R.I.' postal stationery card Ascher P21-II, cancelled Bloemfontein 3/11/1900 and addressed locally. Uprated by 1/2d value. No message on reverse side. Cat. 15 Euros (2007)

Postage: International postage will be at purchaser's risk unless International Signed For or Airsure is used (although a certificate of posting will always be obtained by me for every item). I always try to use obsolete commemorative or definitive stamps when I can but please note this is not usually possible for Airsure/International Signed For.

Unregistered postage (for total value below £34 only, and subject to weight limits) will be:

·         80p (UK)

·         £1.20 (Europe)

·         £1.80 (rest of world)

For anything other than low-weight unregistered postage, particularly multiple purchases, please wait to be invoiced.

Benefit from free postage for additional items, subject to weight and maximum value. This can include items in more than one auction (especially for established customers).

Descriptions: You can rely on my descriptions; I will always describe each item as accurately as I can and if I see any defects I will mention them.

Returned items: If you receive an item that is not as described, please let me know. In this situation I will have no hesitation in making a full refund to you.

Payment: welcome by Paypal, by cheque or by postal order (in UK £ only). If paying by cheque, please let me know and please allow time for the cheque to be cleared by my bank.

Items not received: please let me know within two weeks of your payment if you have not received an item.
