Payment is expected as soon as possible on all 'buy it now' auctions or at least within 3 days.

We do understand that everybody can be victim to un-foreseen circumstances and will happily
wait for up to 7 days by prior notification.

After this period of time, and if emails remain unsatisfactorily answered notification will be given to eBay

All items will be securely packaged prior to dispatch and sent using your chosen shipping method.

All eBay listings have a choice of Royal Mail & Courier postal options.

Packages over 4 kilo for most UK mainland destinations will be a fixed price of £7.95 by insured courier.
Scottish Highlands and Islands deliveries by Courier carry a surcharge; please contact me
for confirmation prior to ordering.

Goods purchased before 2.00pm weekdays are usually dispatched same day.
Goods purchased after 2.00pm weekdays, weekends and Bank Holidays will be dispatched
next available working day.

We are both responsible and approachable and understand
