We only use brand new packaging, normally padded jiffy bags or boxes. Within the United Kingdom we use Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded, 1st or 2nd Class Post depending what you have chosen for payment and all items are usually sent within 1 working day of receiving payment.
Payments made before 22:00 GMT will be processed the same day and dispatched the next day.
All buyers outside of the European Union (EU) are fully responsible for any customs charges that may be applied to your item.
In some circumstances the postage option you choose may be upgraded to an improved service at no additional cost. Tracking numbers will be supplied when applicable.

Super glue is recommended for any minor repairs in case of breakages that occur when you are constructing model.
These products contain fragile parts we cannot replace parts damaged by construction.
Most of these products are made of a special material which can be adjusted by the heat of a hairdryer. (not recommended)
These products may contain some fragile parts which are stored separately from the main body, care must be taken to put them in the right place as shown on any sample photo's.
