Manchester, that you are welcome to visit if you want to see any of the
products, or collect items purchased via ebay. We run a world cup DH
race team that finished 11th in the world rankings in 2007. We support
riders at events all over the UK and our staff and team riders compete
and ride at events all over Europe. We do not sell anything that we
wouldn't use ourselves, and as such the products listed here and on our
website are the same as the ones that we use on our team bikes that
have been used all over the world including competing in 24hour xc
events, gaining top 20 places at world cup DH events, podiuming at the
UK DH National Points series, and achieved top 50 results at the 2007
MegAvalanche in Alp D'huez.

Shipping: We
ship within the UK and Worldwide using a variety of courier and postal
services, depending on the weight of the item. Royal Mail is used for
all small items either for the UK or Worldwide delivery. We aim to
ship all items paid for before 2pm on the day payment is received. If
payment is made after 2pm, the item will be shipped the next working
day. We can combine shipping, so please ask about this if it is
required. If you require next day delivery we can arrange this for a
small additional charge, either using a courier, or via Royal Mail
special delivery. Price is obviously dependant on the weight of the
item.
Payment:
We accept by Paypal, as its the easiest way for everyone, however if
you'd like to pay with a credit card, all you need to do is call 01457
864 606 and we can take your details, and get the item shipped straight
to you. Please note that if you pay with a Paypal eCheque we'll have
to wait until the eCheque has cleared before we can send the item. We
can also accept cheques in the post, but again you'll have to wait for
it to clear before we can ship the item. If payment has not been
recieved within 7 days an unpaid auction dispute will be opened. After
15 days the dispute will be closed and a non paying buyer stike will be
left.
Feedback:
We will leave you feedback as soon as we receive your payment. Please
leave feedback after you receive your item. If you are not happy with
our transaction, please contact us before leaving negative or neutral
feedback. We will do everything that we are capable of to ensure that
you are satisfied with our transaction.
Returns:
Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your item(s).
Buyer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Item must be in
the exact condition it was when purchased (tags must still be attached,
in original packaging, etc.). Refund will be credited to your Paypal
account when we receive the item.
