 Here we have issue # 4 ( Volume 3 )  of the American Magazine ' ON THE QT ' published in December 1959 by Barton Magazines INC, NY.

Here is a 1950s Mens Story, Gossip & Article magazine, featuring Elvis, Liberace, Ricky Nelson, Edd Bynes + more

 This magazine  has been stored for many years,  , I would describe its condition as very good but a little 'musty'.
