Items shipped second class via the postal service (i.e. Royal Mail) can take up to 5 days after despatch to arrive. However, by their own admission items can on occasion, though not very often, be delayed by a number of days. I am not responsible for Royal Mail delays, either through (for example) strike or items being lost (as is sometimes the case with the postal service). However, in such cases I will of course offer all reasonable assistance in tracking your item and following up lost or delayed items

I do my best to provide an excellent service up to the point of despatch. Threats of any kind made by the buyer regarding items I have despatched, and which  have met my terms of despatch (see above) - including but not limited to the threat of negative feedback subject to the buyer's demands and/or unrealistic/unreasonable expectations - are not welcome and only do harm to the eBay system. My feedback clearly shows the high level of service I provide, and in the very rare instances where an item is unexpectedly delayed (or otherwise) while in transit (either postal service or courier) I will do my best to assist in solving the problem and getting your item to your door.

I provide clear, concise and considerate communication with every transaction and I am patient and respectful with every buyer as a valued  customer - it is not too much to expect the same in return. We can all contribute to a positive  eBay experience, buyers and sellers alike.
