I have had the item just over a year but only used it a couple of times its in excellent condition complete with CD and Instructions. There are NO SCRATCHES anywhere on the item it also comes with a USB connector cable, headphones not used and a Sony ECM-Z60 which amplifies anyone speaking at a distance.
