Warranty / Returns

All new new Electrical items come with at least a 12 MONTH MANUFACTURERS WARRANTY covering manufacturing defects only. This warranty excludes any damage caused by the user/postage.Warranty cards have to be sent back to manufactures with in 7 days of purchase.

If your item is faulty due to a manufacturing defect within the first 7 days; we will replace or refund the purchase price of the item. After 7 days, please contact the manufacturer of the item and follow their procedures to rectify any faults.

If you return the item for any other reason within 7 days from receipt, we will refund you less an administration charge of 15% of sale cost. This charge is there to cover out costs.

Prior to any return please get in contact with us via e-mail, so we can help you quickly and efficiently. We aim to deal with all e-mails on a 48hr turn around Monday to Friday.

Please note that you are responsible for the cost of return postage in any instance. We can only refund or replace items we actually receive. To guarantee receipt YOU must send by an adequately insured service such as Royal Mail Special Delivery. All Returns are processed within 5 working days of receipt at our office. Please ensure you include your eBay user ID, listing number and reason for return; otherwise the refund will be delayed.

Due to health and safety reasons we can not accept back and heath and beauty and medical items.Only unopened items with seals intact can be accepted back.

Payment

We accept PayPal, credit/debit cards and Postal Orders only. To ensure we receive your payment, it is in your interest to send it by Recorded/Special Delivery. We do not entertain payment by personal or business cheque.

Please ensure Payment reaches us within 7 days otherwise we will open a unpaid dispute, which could lead to your ebay account being suspended.

Please note that paying by eCheque through PayPal can delay your shipment by up to two weeks while payment clears through the Paypal system (check with PayPal on the expected clearance date). Once your eCheque payment clears, your item will be dispatched within 5 business days.

We prefer payment by verified PayPal accounts with a confirmed address. When an address is unconfirmed further checks need to be made which may result in a delay to delivery and in some cases we may need to return payment and ask you to verify your account, or to make payment via credit/debit card instead.

Shipping

All items that are in stock, are dispatched to you within 2-5 business days of your payment being received. Please note that items purchased on weekends and Bank Holidays are dispatched the next working day.

Upon dispatch we obtaina certificate of posting from post office or a Royal Mail Recorded or Royal Mail International Signed for. Any item received damaged will have to be reported to post office(we are not liable for any damaged goods)and a claim with them.

UK Delivery – Royal Mail 1^st Class Recorded – normally 1 - 2 working days, Royal Mail 2nd class 2-5 days, but not guaranteed.

Rest of the World - Royal Mail International Signed for – normally 3 – 10 working days, but not guaranteed.

We will only send replacement items once Royal Mail confirms the item is lost. This will be 21 days from date of dispatch. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail, your local postal service or by International Customs Inspections.
