RETURNS: Buyer should post item back and upon receipt redshoeshop will refund directly into buyers paypal account or otherwise as relevant. Please return items within 14 days in original condition.  Buyer must pay the return postage, seller will refund shipping out postage + item cost. Buyer must retain postage receipt in the event of item lost in post, claim will have to be made to Royal Mail. In the event that item description is grossly inaccurate seller will refund both shipping and return postage; postage costs should be kept to a minimum as redshoeshop will only refund amount for return equal to shipping cost. Return items to return address printed on the back of your parcel. ITEMS LOST OR DAMAGED IN THE POST in the UK: Redshoeshop will send postage receipt to buyer together with Royal Mail claim form via recorded delivery. A claim can only be submitted 15 days after item dispatched.  Claim Form to be signed and dated then forwarded freepost to Royal Mail. Redshoeshop will provide all necessary documentation + freepost envelope.  Royal Mail always pay out in full on items lost in post. Buyer will receive a cheque from Royal Mail. Redshoeshop cannot guarantee to replace an item lost in the post or damaged in the post. Redshoeshop does not guarantee to provide buyer with shoes/clothes/hats that fit, by post. Variations in size, shape, width etc make this impossible.  Every effort is made to check shoe sizes before dispatch.  Sometimes size marked on shoe is different from advertised shoe size.
ASSURED DELIVERY:  if you are not prepared to accept the consequences of an item lost in the post, please request recorded delivery prior to payment.  In the case of delivery outside the UK, please request tracking (Airsure), which costs more than doubles postage cost.  Redshoeshop does not take responsibility for items sent abroad without payment for tracking.  Upon request or after sale on the invoice, redshoeshop will provide quotes for postage costs with and without tracking, the buyer can chose, but the seller cannot be held responsible for a lost item sent abroad if payment for tracking has not been made.
