Description

P&P and payments

Really old hinged wooden ruler, showing 1" - 42" on one side and 29" - 72" on the other side. 1.5cm wide, background colour old yellow. 7 sections, with 8th section broken off and missing. Each section is 8" long, except for first section which is 7" long. 'VICTOR' is written on the 3"space.

I don't know the date of this item but I think it is pre-1960s at least.
