You are bidding on an old Belgian made paper model. The model, once build, will be a typical Belgian army barrack. When you look closely to the auctionphoto, you can even see a tiny soldier which can be fit in front of the model. This detail makes it even more interesting.
The condition looks fine for its age, it was always stored on a dark place. (only some discoloring around the edges) I'm not sure when this was printed, could be anywhere between the 30's and 50's. The approximate sizes are; 14 x 10 1/2 inch or 34 x 27 centimeter.
