(more pictures below) OLD BUDDHA from THAILAND BLESSED in the WAT PHRA SI SANPHET MONASTERY AYUTTHAYA, THAILAND (pictures below) 75 - 150 years old (aprox) This SACRED BUDDHA has been blessed and fully empowered by Lama Thubten Dagom Rinpoche This sacred Buddha is 56.7 mm tall x 37.1 mm wide weight 2.95 oz. This Buddha is a perfect size for your altar. This amulet / statue of Buddha comes from the Golden Triangle Area where Burma, Laos and Thailand meet. It is about 75 - 150 years old.
This is an old Buddha from Thailand that comes from the private collection of Lama Thubten Dagom Rinpoche. Lama Thubten has asked me to release it to the world. This Buddha is FULLY BLESSED & EMPOWERED. The reason for the release of this sacred blessed Buddha is that the world is now a dark and dangerous place and Lama Thubten would like spiritual and sacred people to be part of the new awakening. This Buddha has a HUGE amount of power and when you hold it you will feel a sacred power like you have never felt in your life. There are very few people in the world who can feel and sense and need this sacred and special power. Love and compassion are necessities, not luxuries. Without them humanity cannot survive.
The WAT PHRA SI SANPHET MONASTERY AYUTTHAYA, THAILAND The Wat Phra Si Sanphet is a very important and outstanding monastery that is located in the Grand Palace compound. It was used as a residential palace in the reign of King Ramathibodi I. Afterwards this Palace was dedicated as the Royal Chapel. In the above picture you can see the three very old chedis in a row. The three large chedis were built to contain the ashes of King Boromatrailokanat and his two sons, King Ramathibodhi and King Boromatrailokanat II. This Temple was burned down by the Burmese in 1767.
Many of us are trying to find peace, a small place where we can enjoy our lives. We look around and watch the world go by. All we wish to do is to find a small amount of peace and tranquility in the world today. There are huge amounts of negative and bad energy flowing. Many dark energies are around and trying to possess us. They try to find a host, when we are at a low point in our lives, when we are weak and vunerable.
The picture above shows a very large Buddha that has had his head cut off. Most old sacred temples do not have Buddha heads as most were destroyed or stolen for foreign collectors and museums. People nowadays put some cloth or a silk scarf around the Buddha as a mark of respect. (picture below). This is where this BUDDHA was Blessed. Believe nothing, no matter where you read it, or who said it, no matter if I have said it, unless it agrees with your own reason and your own common sense. BUDDHA
Paying homage to Buddha Tradition ascribes to the Buddha himself instruction on how to pay him homage. Just before he died, he saw his faithful attendant Ananda, weeping. The Buddha advised him not to weep, but to understand the universal law that all compounded things (including even his own body) must disintegrate. He advised everyone not to cry over the disintegration of the physical body but to regard his teachings (The Dharma) as their teacher from then on, because only the Dharma truth is eternal and not subject to the law of change. He also stressed that the way to pay homage to him was not merely by offering flowers, incense, and lights, but by truly and sincerely striving to follow his teachings. This is how devotees are expected to celebrate Vesak: to use the opportunity to reiterate their determination to lead noble lives, to develop their minds, to practise loving-kindness and to bring peace and harmony to humanity.
