We operate a 'No Quibble Returns Policy' If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, return the item, post paid, within 7 days of receipt for a full refund of the purchase price excluding postage. For hygiene reasons earrings for pierced ears may not be returned. Items for refund must be returned in their original presentation box or pouch and be in perfect condition. Always obtain a proof of posting from your local post office when returning items. On safe receipt of your item in perfect condition, we will refund the full purchase price excluding postage to your credit/debit card or paypal account within 24 hours. All clocks are supplied with a new battery, however some batteries fail after a short time from purchase. Although we do not guarantee batteries, should one fail within 1 year of purchasing your clock, please contact us and we will send you a replacement battery. Batteries are easy to fit and we can talk you through the process
