Offered for auction is a vintage 1 quart SPARKLETS seltzer bottle with a metal SPARKLETS CO. lever spout PLUS an original holder. This bottle is heavy walled, clear with a red line ~3/4 the way up and it has a 6-strand fine wire woven mesh cover. It is marked "MADE IN CZECHOSLOVAKIA" on the bottom. The chrome spout is engraved "Sparklets Corporation NY 5D6" and has a removeable cap that is attached with a short chain. The "holder" is marked "Pierce slowly & shake vigoriusly until bubbles sease to enter Syphon. Remove this holder and bulb". The bottle measures 13" tall (with the spout) and 4" in diameter at the bottom.
The bottle is in very good condition with no chips or cracks. The spout and siphon tube are in very good condition with some aging to the metal and scratches from use and repeated tightening on the bottle. The holder does have some wear to the instructions.
