This was left to me and I do not know much about it.  

I have seen porcelain plaques on the internet but not in the style of this one.  The one I saw that was closest to this one was described as being from France. I think that we can safely say it is European but not sure which country it originates from. France? Germany? Austria? Italy?

There is a hand written (impressed into porcelain) mark on the back: either "23" or "2B"

Measurements:

Diameter: 18cm

Height of rim: +/- 2cm

Max Height (figure sticking out): +/-5cm

 

Condition:

Needs a bit of cleaning.  Upper part of rim and back of figures darker than other areas from dust collection.  It has been brushed gently but I do not know how to clean it further without damaging it.

Tip of smallest leaf on the rim near boy's arm chipped (+/-2mm)

Weight:  +/-650g

Age:  Old. Unable to say exactly how old.
