Old Chrome Car Mascot

I don't know what car or make. Chrome finish needs restoring. I think the figure should be holding a torch or something in outstretched hand. Whatever the item it is missing. Please see scans for condition. It will need re-chroming although with a clean and polish it wouldn't look too bad on front of a car. Just wish I had the car.
