This is a nice one-way Crabtree flush-fitting lightswitch. The switch body is ceramic, with brass workings, plate and securing ring. It was in daily use in my last house, a few years ago, before I modernised everthing for letting out. It polishes up really well. The front plate measures 3 3/16" square.
