Please email if you have any questions or queries and don\'t forget to check out my\'other auctions\'- you never know what you might find!. I am located in the UK and all my auctions are open to overseas bidders unless the listing states otherwise, however please note that I much prefer to send overseas items via Royal Mail \'International signed for\' or \'Airsure\' services. These provide a proof of delivery and include standard level insurance to £36.00. Please contact me before placing your bid if you require a price for additional insurance. Any other postage service offered i.e. standard Air or Surface mail is at your own risk in the unlikely event of damage or non delivery. I always obtain a certificate of posting. The choice of postal service used is entirely at the buyers descretion. You will appreciate that feedback is very important on ebay and I will post appropriate feedback against non-paying winning bidders.
Since the introduction of the \'new\' Ebay feedback system I feel it necessary to point out that my stated postal charges are not only the actual costs of posting as charged by Royal Mail, but ALSO cover all miscellaneous expenses. These include all packing, labeling and wrapping materials, my time and transport expenses spent in packing, driving to and from and queueing in, my nearest post office. If you do not agree with this statement of charges or believe that is in someway unfair then please do not bid on my item!.
I am always happy to combine on postage costs but you will appreciate that the combined price will be dependant on the total package weight and the buyers location i.e. UK or overseas. It becomes very expensive to send an item weighing over 2kg overseas and usually works out cheaper to send as 2 seperate packages.
Please note that Royal Mail Insurance does not cover DAMAGE caused to items of China or Glass during transit. However I would personally refund the purchase price of an item DAMAGED in transit if due to inadequate packaging on my part. Obviously I would request proof!! I would not refund on any item claimed to be \'non-delivered\' but would provide the buyer with the all necessary receipts and information to make their postal insurance claim - hence I always suggest you take the (usually more expensive) signature on delivery or insured postal option for your own peace of mind.
Last but not least! - Unlike most sellers on ebay I always post MY feedback for YOU when I receive your cleared payment. The way I view it is that YOU have then completed YOUR part of the transaction. It is entirely your choice to leave feedback for ME on receipt of your purchase. Many ebay sellers will only leave positive feedback for their buyers AFTER they have RECEIVED feedback. Personally I consider that to be an unfair practise.
