We live in a smoke and pet free home. We are not a business we are just clearing out the stuff we don’t need and we have mountains mostly toys.
COMBINED & INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING COSTS
If you buy more than 1 item we will reduce postage by £1 for each additional item unless stated. We use good quality packing so please do not ask for us to go any lower. We ship to most places if your country is not listed then please e-mail us before bidding to get a shipping & packing price.
PAYMENT
We accept Paypal and if you live in the UK Cheques and postal orders. Papal payments should be made within 5 days. If wish to pay by cheque you should contact us within 2 days. We have to wait for the cheque to clear before posting; this can take up to 7 days. We will e-mail you when the cheque arrives, when it has cleared & your item is on the way. If you have a problem paying please tell us we are very reasonable.
DISPATCH TIMES, PACKING & LOST IN THE POST
Everything is very carefully wrapped in high quality packing materials this cost money. We try to send items out within 24 hours unless paying by cheque then it will be sent when payment is cleared. We will e-mail you on the day we post your item. Please allow 7 days for delivery. Most of the time things arrive sooner. Posting internationally takes longer. If you think something has got lost in the post please wait for 10 days and check your local sorting office before contacting us, the post office does not always leave missed delivery cards.
We always obtain proof of posting. In the unlikely event of your item not being received, please don’t not just leave negative feedback please contact us and we will try and resolve the situation and make a postal claim (up to £34) and refund your money this can take weeks, but all claims I have made so far have been met.
If your bid exceed £34 this you should consider paying extra for higher insurance.
