We accept payment by: Credit or Debit Card, Paypal, Postal Order, Cheque or Bank Transfer. All Auction and "Buy It Now" prices include VAT.
Payment by cheque will take 5 days to clear.
Goods will only be dispatched after the payment has cleared.

Shipping

We take great care packaging every item to ensure safe shipment to you. We charge a postage fee only to cover our costs of materials and labour. Once your order has been processed and we have received cleared payment, your item will be dispatched as soon as possible. Please allow extra time if you are paying by cheque.
We ship most of our products with Fedex and they will require a signature before leaving the goods.
We charge a flat rate of £5.99 for delivery for as many items as you wish to order.
Delivery is to Mainland UK.
Please contact us for carriage costs to the Highlands, Ireland (North & South), The Channel Islands and the Isle of Man as these areas are nit covered by our standard carriage charge.

Collection in person is fine but please give us 24 hours notice so that we can make sure your items are ready to collect.

Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded, however we must be advised of any faulty goods upon receipt of the item. It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the postage cost.
