You are bidding for the March 1983 issue of the British shipping interest journal "Sea Breezes"

There are several features but I have highlighted an article entitled "Decime and rise of the Passenger Ship" by David L Williams.  This 14 page article is well illustrated .

"Is there a future for teh ocean-going passenger liner? Despite the decline in the number of such ships, the author of this article belives that there is, although radical changes in design are likely to come about." 

The magazine is small sized with 70-80  pages plus covers
