  • Evening 'overcoat'
  • black rayon lining, covered in black silver & white 'net lace type'
  • silver sequins, pewter coloured beads - sparkly
  • No collar, shoulder pads
  • horizontal border at low hip area
  • one fastening, low hip area, hook & eye type.
  • two layers of deep scallops (rounded points)sequined & beaded at hem line ( fish tail effect)
  • elbow length sleeves, with decorations as above bullet point
  • Label says Frank Usher  - London - 100% rayon  - dry clean only - s ( small?)
