Returns are not permitted on used goods as they are sold as described to our
best ability.

On new goods returns are allowed up to 7 days after the sale. This is only
valid if all the tags are still intact and the item is as posted. After this
time no returns will be permitted. We must be notified THROUGH EBAY, and
return will be provided.

The post costs will be the responsibility of the buyer, and the outward post
will not be refunded. Where free post was offered, the approximate cost of
the actual post, plus £2 will be added to cover our costs.

All returns are also subject to a 15% restocking fee to cover extra time
costs and expenses, as we work full time and will have to collect items from
the sorting office which is not close by.

off garments, or they are not returned in the condition they were sent. As
we are a non smoking house, if any items are returned to us that smell of
smoke, we will make an additional charge to cover the cost of cleaning. This
