Returns Policy
To Return Your Purchase(s):
1. Please print out and complete the returns form from our website:

2. Choose an appropriate method of postage, i.e. Recorded or Registered (we recommend taking out suitable insurance for the goods you are returning).
3. Retain your Proof of Postage in case the parcel is lost in transit.
NB: We are unable to reimburse any postage incurred unless you are returning faulty goods. If you have cancelled your order and need to return the goods, please see the Your Right To Cancel section below.
Returns Policy.
Pro 4 Sport want you to feel confident when you shop with us. You can return any unwanted items within 14 days for a refund or replacement, as long as they are in an unused, saleable condition and in their original, undamaged packaging with appropriate tags.
If the product or packaging is in such a condition that the product needs to be reduced in price for resale Pro 4 Sport reserve the right to withhold a percentage of the refund value of the goods.
Please note that with the exception of faulty merchandise, we cannot exchange or accept the return of certain products:
• Under garments including, baselayers, sports bras, jock straps and athletic supports;
• Garments with any form of embellishment (e.g. printing or embroidery);
• Goods made to your specification;
• CD,DVD or other recording media if their seal is broken;
• Publications and Journals, such as magazines etc.
This does not affect your statutory rights.
Any manufacturers Warranty offered is in addition to the legal rights a consumer already has under the Sale of Goods Act 1979.

Your right to cancel:
Further, under the United Kingdom's Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel the contract for the purchase of any of these items within a period of 7 working days, beginning with the day after the day on which the item is delivered. This applies to all our products. To do this, please call our Customer Service team on 01246 266 288 or e-mail customerservices@pro4sport.co.uk. Once you have cancelled your contract, please pack the relevant item securely, enclose your Returns Form and send the item(s) back to us as soon as possible. For your protection, we recommend that you use a recorded delivery service. Please note that you will be responsible for the costs of returning the goods to us unless we delivered the item to you in error or the item is faulty. If we do not receive the item back from you with the Returns Form, we may arrange for collection of the item from your residence at your cost.
As soon as we receive notice of your cancellation of this order, we will refund the relevant part of the purchase price for that order as soon as possible, and in any case within 30 days after we receive your notification.
