Description:
This is a lovely quality solid oak glazed two door and two drawer "Heals" design gun cabinet, complete with working lock and key.  The cabinet is designed to accommodate three double barrelled guns and three single barrel shot guns.  The cabinet stands on a moulded blind plinth having two frieze drawers over with turned oak knobs rising above which are two eight panelled doors with glass panels having solid oak glazing bars set in a solid oak frame with beautiful shaped panels to the sides and surmounted by a solid oak top.  Behind the door, which is accessed via a key, is the racking for the three double barrel and three single barrel guns.  The cabinet is lined in green baize internally, with exposed oak.  A very attractive gun display cabinet.

The cabinet dates from the mid 20th Century.

Condition:
The cabinet is in very nice condition, the green baize having faded in places a little with age, otherwise in good original condition.
