SPECIFICATION

This is engineered to a very high standard and kiln dried 8% - 11%

It is T & G on all 4 edges for a perfect fit and ease of installation - end matched included in the price

It is Micro-Bevelled on all 4 edges

The underside has broad stress grooves to ensure stability after installation

DIMENSIONS

We now offer three widths! 90 mm and 130mm x 18 mm thick and 190 mm x 20 mm thick

The flooring comes in random lengths from 400 mm - 2000 mm, varies with width

QUALITY

In every parcel of flooring there is a mix of First quality (no knots) and a proportion of 2nd quality (some tight knots with filler, no break-out, some stronger colour in the grain)

FINISH

It is sanded to 120 grit. This is a lovely soft surface.

PACKAGING

Jacob Graff Flooring comes in film wrapped packs containing 5 boards of the same size
