Payment
We PREFER PayPal. For other payment methods please check the ad ebay payment options or call our shop. All payments must be received within 5 days of the close of auction. Winners from outside the UK must use PayPal only.

Shipping
We process orders at 0900 each weekday for items that completed at auction the previous day. We always try to include other completed orders up to the point when posting occurs - hence the many comments in our feedback about fast delivery! Postage on items up to 2.0kg is via Royal Mail (2nd class/standard parcels depending on weight but both take approx 1-4 working days - usually next day). Above 2.0kg is despatched via a courier service and takes 1-3 working days - again usually next day. Royal Mail deliver Monday through Saturday but the couriers deliver only Monday through Friday. If you need a guaranteed delivery please contact us to discuss requirements. Remote parts of the UK may experience the lengthier delivery times. Offshore of mainland UK will incur extra charges for items sent by courier -  if you live in one of these locations please request an eBay invoice before making payment. ALL NON-UK destinations: Please request a shipping quote before buying an item - we do try to get the best price available when shipping to non-uk destinations. We keep proof of postage for Royal Mail items and all other courier despatched items can be tracked online. Should a Royal Mail item not arrive within 16 days of the date notified to you as the date of despatch then please contact us to initiate the lost posting procedure. Although the 16 days is beyond the quoted delivery time, Royal Mail do not accept loss claims until the 16 days have elapsed. They will also undertake an investigation before allowing any claim. We have often found that it is worth contacting your local sorting office who may be holding the delivery. In the event that an item is returned to us due to the carrier being unable to deliver (2 attempts are usually made by couriers or but bad addresses sometimes occur, etc.) we would then advise you that the return has been received at our shop and seek your further instructions (collection from shop, ship to different address, etc) the costs of which would have to be met by the buyer.

Terms of Sale
Returns are only accepted when an item has been misrepresented (the Buyer pays shipping fees). Unfortunately, due to the nature of the products and or safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot take returns on helmets, clothing or footwear, for other items you must notify us within 3 days of receipt of the item. The cost of the item minus shipping and handling will be refunded. THE ITEM MUST BE IN THE SAME CONDITION AS WHEN SHIPPED and will be inspected by the Seller prior to issuing a refund. INSURANCE -- Insurance is REQUIRED and included in the shipping cost for this item.
