You will be asked to fill the following information in the Order Form:

4. Your size (standard) or measurements for custom-cut
5. (if any) Special requirements, including fast delivery/ some changes on the dress, eg. higher cut on the bust; add a pair of sleeves, change to lace up back/ zipper back etc.

Please note that we only accept Paypal or Bank transfer. All orders will be processed within 24 hours after payment received or cleared (e-cheque payment).

Please allow 15 WORKING DAYS for the dresses to be arrived after the payment and order form received.

* To the UK: The postage and handling fee is GBP25.00. It will be delivered to your door by 'First Class Sign for'.

Combined Shipping: The shipping price for an additional dress is GBP 15.00. Free shipping for any accessories.

* Outside UK: We ship to worldwide, the handling and shipping price would be: GBP35.00. It will be delivered to your door by 'First Class Sign for'.

Please NB: This is an international shipment. The dress will be fold inside out to protect the breading or lacing and packed in a bag or box. The dress can be pressed with an iron, but please be careful, i.e. use cool/moderate setting and protective cloth.

We are happy to accept all returns. You need to contact us within 5 days after you received it if you do not completely satisfy with the purchase. At our discretion, we will only accept returns on wedding gowns in perfect, brand new condition (no smoke scents, no makeup stains, and no alternations). The 20% restocking fee will be charged on all returns. Please note that all dresses made in custom size, color and design are not refundable. The shipping cost is also not refundable.
