Alternatively, Place all the items going to same address in one package ensuring that the total weight does not go above 31.5kg or above the maximum parcel size. Please ensure that the destination address is clearly marked on the parcel. This low price is for one collection attempt and up to 3 delivery attempts only! Further collection/delivery attempts will result in additional courier purchases being required through ebay. Please ensure that someone will be available to hand parcel to courier from collection point and someone will be available to receive the parcel at the destination. Recipient may request for the parcel to be left at a neighbours house by leaving a note on their door. If no-one is available to receive the parcel then the courier will post a card through the door offering further delivery (2 re-delivery attempts max) If your parcel(s) are above the maximum weight or size then the driver may refuse to take the item (no refund available) or additional charges may need to be paid. COLLECTIONS AND DELIVERIES ARE MONDAY TO FRIDAYS ONLY UK Mainland Collection and delivery only.
