Despatch Times
We always endeavour to despatch your items without delay. If there is any likelihood of a delay we will contact you by email.  Delivery is free to the UK ONLY - United Kingdom (England, Scotland, Wales, Northern Ireland)

Cost: Delivery of all orders within the UK is FREE! - Only £5.95 to the rest of the world!

UK Delivery Times:
Approximately 1-2 working days from date of dispatch.  (Delivery times may be longer around Christmas and other busy periods).

Other Countries:
We offer delivery to most countries. Under no circumstances will we despatch goods to Nigeria or Indonesia.

Packaging:
All our jewellery is delivered packaged in a satin pouch and mailed in protective bubble wrap envelopes to reach you in perfect condition. In the unlikely event that your item is damaged in anyway, please email us immediately and we will arrange a replacement.

You must ensure that the security tags remain intact.

The following is a summary only of Gemondo's Order Cancellation and Returns Policy. You have the right to cancel your order any time up to 30 days after you receive the goods. Please read the following 5 sections in full to understand how to cancel your order otherwise your refund or product exchange may be delayed or refused.

2. Product Condition and Security Tags While in your possession you must keep any Products you intend to return to Gemondo in good condition, which specifically includes your not removing the security seal(s). All items are security tagged for your protection and hygiene. By removing the security seal you are accepting the item, which then becomes non-refundable.

3. How to return the goods.  If you exercise your right to cancel your order after the goods have been dispatched, you will be responsible for returning the goods to Gemondo Ltd at the above address and at your own risk and cost, therefore, we strongly recommend you use an insured and verified delivery method such as Royal Mail Special Delivery.

4. Faulty or incorrectly described goods In the case of faulty or incorrectly described goods, the goods must be returned to Gemondo Ltd as above. No refund will be processed until the returned goods have been received back at our depot with all security tags intact.

5. All returns are subject to the following conditions The goods must be returned with the presentation box and the packing slip and must have all security seals intact. Goods returned with security seals missing or re-attached will not be accepted. These terms do not affect your statutory rights.
