Before 'Citizen Kane' shot him to international fame, Orson Welles was a noted radio actor in the United States. One of the best-known roles that Welles lent his inimitable rich tones to was that of the supernatural crime-fighter The Shadow.
Here are two 25-minute episodes of the classic radio series starring Welles - 'The Three Ghosts' from 1937 and 'The Bride of Death' from 1938 - available as clear, high-quality MP3 files of 5.2MB each. The files will be e-mailed to the winning bidder once the payment has cleared.
