Sometimes, if the customer is not available at the address, generally the postman leaves a card at the address stating the location of the product as their local depot and contact address of the Shipping Company, so that the customer can pick it up at his own convenient time, or they try to deliver it again 2 more times. These shipments are generally held for 2 weeks at the local depot and then sent back to us at un-delivered item.If you have not received the product within estimated delivery time period, Please check, if there is any Notification Card from shipping service. Sometimes the Postman does not leave a calling card and takes the shipment back to depot. So, please visit your local depot and check at the unclaimed items department. If still there is any problem, contact US. We’ll try to track the shipment.
