RETURNS POLICY
All items put on auction are described as accurately as possible, and to the best of my ability in the Listing, including any damage, faults, or repairs. In the unlikely event you receive your item, and you feel that it has been misrepresented in any way in the Listing, please email me upon delivery (within a maximum 7 days of receipt of item), and I will do my utmost to bring our transaction to a satisfactory mutual conclusion. If however you are still not satisfied with your purchase, and wish to return the item, please repackage the item, using the same packaging and box/packet(ensuring it is safe and secure for transit) that it was delivered to you in. I will advise you which Postal Service I require to be used, and return the item within 14 days of the original delivery to you.I will upon safe return of the item, refund the Final Selling price, and meet the cost of the P&P/shipping.
If after winning the item, and receiving delivery, you change your mind about your purchase and wish to return it, please email me within a maximum of 7 days of delivery. Please repackage the item, using the same packaging and box/packet,(ensuring it is safe and secure for transit) that it was delivered to you in. I will advise you which Postal service I require to be used, and return the item within 14 days of the original delivery to you. I will upon safe return of the item, refund the Final Selling price. However the P&P/Shipping costs will be at your expense, and are not refundable.
LOST OR DAMAGED IN TRANSIT.
All P&P/Shipping costs include compensation against loss or damage. In the unlikely event that your purchase is either lost or damaged in transit I will assist in the claim for compensation against Royal Mail. Please ensure that if you sign for your delivery, and the box/packet is damaged, you sign for accordingly. Please ensure you keep any packaging for a damaged delivery, as Royal Mail may wish to see it before settling any claim. Once this has been settled by Royal Mail (in agreement with their terms and conditions). I will then refund any outstanding payment.
