The milk and cream comes from Roskilly's own herd of Jersey cows, which graze on pastures that have been farmed in a traditional and sustainable way for generations. They have always farmed without the use of pesticides and artificial fertilizers. The land, herd and products are soil association certified.

If you want to order early for christmas these are dated June2010.
