ADDITIONAL RETUNS POLICY DETAILS: We will endeavor to dispatch goods ordered by next day or same day delivery. Deliveries and orders will be limited to the United Kingdom and Republic of Ireland. Certian delivered goods will require a signature.

CHANGING YOUR MIND: If you change your mind within seven days or receipt of an order, you may return it unused, in its original packaging for a full refund, including postage charges for the original delivery. Postage and packing charges for return of the order will be your responsibility.

Any refusal or delay in acceptance of a delivery will be deemed to be your responsibility and any damages, expenses, costs or losses caused by such a delay or refusal will be deemed to be your responsibility. 
Claims and Refunds If goods arrive in a DAMAGED condition you will have 5 working days in which to inform us of any such damages or losses. We will either arrange collection of damaged goods or request that you return the goods to us and will replace the goods with no charge to you (Any postage costs incurred will be refunded to you). At our discretion we may arrange the refund of monies paid for the damaged good instead of a replacement. We will accept no liability for any claims for damage made outside this time limit. If goods returned to us as either damaged or not working are found to be in full working order, we will return them to you and may, at our discretion, charge an admin fee of 20% of the sale value of the goods plus the return carriage. If, within the space of 12 months from the date of delivery, or longer if stated by the manufacturer, the goods should fail from defects or manufacturers workmanship we will either replace or refund the value of the goods or return the goods to our supplier for repair or replacement. Should the failure be through actions or misuse by the customer, we will return the goods and, at our discretion, charge an admin fee of 20% of the original sale value of the goods plus any carriage charges incurred.
