IMPORTANT - please read the following before placing your bid

Dispatch – I always aim to dispatch items within 2 working days of receipt of payment due to work commitments. 

Payment methods:

1)       If you have a UK bank account I accept payment by cheque – please note that the cheque has to clear into my bank account before the item is posted.  Please contact me for whom to make the cheque payable to. 

2)       I also accept payment by postal order.  Please contact me for whom to make the cheque payable to.

3)       I also accept PayPal and this is my preferred method of payment.   

Overseas bidders please note I can only accept payment by PayPal.

Payment terms – I am happy for bidders to buy more than one item to benefit from the combined postage discount.  If you wish to defer payment until other items have ended please contact me to arrange this.   Ordinarily I would like payment within 7 days of the item ending.  Please note that payments outstanding for longer than 8 days will be reported to Ebay as unpaid items unless agreed with me beforehand. 

Goods in transit – I pack all goods so they should note be damaged in transit but sometimes they are and this cannot be helped.  Each item posted is adequately insured and this is covered by the postage price.  If for any reason there is a problem with postage i.e. item not received or is now damaged please contact me to find a solution to the problem before leaving feedback.  

Returns - should you need to return an item to me for any reason, please contact me first, within 24 hours of receipt of item. Returns must be made within 14 days of receipt.

Postage Costs – Please note that the postage cost includes the packing materials used to package the item and not just the postage.
