With a comprehensive HDMI interface, the TXSR307 can accept 3 HDMI signals, such as Blu-ray, PS3 and HD TV and pass them out via a single monitor - perfect for if your HDTV only has 1 HDMI input. The TXSR307 also comes with a long list of features to enhance your enjoyment of surround sound. In addition to Dolby and DTS processing, the TX-SR307 features 4 DSP modes including a dynamic RPG gaming mode. Audyssey Dynamic Volume control adjusts the volume to give you a seamless sound, whatever the level of source - no longer will commercials blare out at you at seemingly twice the volume! The quality of audio is much enhanced by Onkyo's obsessive attention to detail. An HCPS (High Current Power Supply) offers plenty of smooth, controlled power whilst the 32-bit processor and 192kHz/24-Bit DACs accurately distribute the sound. With music, the Direct Mode setting bypasses superfluous circuitry to provide enhanced clarity and realism. Added to this is Onkyo's Music Optimizer which gets the best out of compressed music forms such as MP3.

When it comes to setting the TXSR307 up, the standard Audyssey 2EQ system is there to help out. This not only automatically calibrates speakers, but also corrects room acoustic issues. The upshot of this hi-tech processing is ideal sound quality, whatever the room.
