Region Coding

US Buyers please note, Region 2 DVDs will not play on your standard machine, unless you have made it Multi-Region. Your standard is Region 1. Of late I have had a number of US Buyers who were not aware of Regional Coding on DVDs and have brought Region 2 DVDs and when they received it find they can not play them on their machines. It is your responsibily to check you machine is compatible with the DVD supplied. Please check what eBay has to say on this matter.....thanks.

Payment

OVERSEAS BUYERS by PayPal only

I do expect Payment within 7 days after which I will file a Non Paying Bidder Alert. This still gives you a further 7 days before I request my fees back and you will get a Non Paying Bidder Strike. I do appreciate at times there are difficulties but it does appear that there are those out there spoiling things for the rest of us.

Postage

I will normally send out goods on receipt of payment, may be a delay for cheque to clear. I generally try to post the next working day after receipt of payment, but no later than two working days after. I do not post on Saturdays. All goods are sent obtaining a Certificate of Posting from the Post Office so there is evidence in the event of a dispute. If you require any other means then this can be done at the additional cost of the service required.

I will normally leave this on receipt of your payment and would ask that you leave me feedback on receipt of goods. This is another way in which we both know of the safe arrival of payment or goods

Questions/Concerns/Problems

Please email me, I will try and reply with 24 hours, normally sooner, but this is only a hobby for me so, although it does seems like it at times, I am not on my computer 24/7. A question just before an item ends may get an answer too late.

On faulty goods only. Refunds only given on return of goods. Refunds on postage not given. Please contact me. All my items are sold not being aware of any problems with them, although mistakes can happen. Sold in good faith.Thank you.
