If the total amount of your purchase, including P&P comes over £10, 1st class Recorded will apply. Under £10, standard 1st class. By selecting an "Immediate Payment", you will be offer more P&P choices.
If you don't opt for 1st class RECORDED, I won't accept liability in case of loss, or damage of the item. I will claim for you to the Royal Mail for a refund, which you will receive once Royal Mail had paid it to me. This takes about 4 to 5 weeks.
If the item is damaged, refund will be made once item sent back to me, in its original packaging.
Items will generally be dispatched the day after their payment has cleared.

RETURNS: Whatever your reason, I will always allow a return of your product. In the unlikely event that a return is requested for a quality reason, it must include all original items and packaging. You will be sent a replacement item as soon I receive your default item.
P&P: what you send back is at your charge, the replacement item will be sent free of charge. If you prefer a refund, P&P won't be refunded.
If you wish to return the item for any other reason (you pick the wrong size, dislike the item...), please send back the item at your charge. If you wish to exchange it, P&P to send you the replacement item will be at your charge. If you prefer a refund, P&P won't be refunded.
In any case, the Buyer is responsible for postage costs incurred shipping products back. I advise the buyer to send back the item using a recorded rate.
Please note if your desired size is not available anymore, you might ask for a replacement item of my shop, of a same value including P&P.
