Goods may be returned which, are suffering from a fault/damage, which has been sustained during transit/production or normal use, which the item is intended for. By returning an item I/we declare that the item has not suffered fault/damage/failure through accidental/deliberate/excessive/misuse.
I/We agree to bare all responsibilities for the return of the item, in return for a suitable replacement item or refund when a suitable replacement is unavailable.
I/We recieved the item no longer then 3 days ago for items returned with transit damage or production faults. I/we recieved the item no longer than 14 days, for items which have failed during normal use, due to a manufacturers fault.
I/We understand that items returned under this agreement, which do not meet the conditions/terms of return, will not be replaced or returned to the buyer until suitable postage arrangements/costs are made by the buyer.
I/We understand that a suitable replacement item may be any item which has similar design and functional features. |
