Goods are posted ASAP and all product leaves 1^st class in the UK or by airmail – usually 48 hours after cleared payment, some delays can occur during busy periods such as Xmas, postal strikes and bank holidays, but this is rare. The general turnaround being 3-4 days from order to receipt for UK customers and 7-10 days for overseas orders.

Please make payment asap, settling within 5 days of invoice date is normally required. A non-payment dispute will be opened on the 7th day after the original invoice, but don’t worry if your having problems – just let me know, as long as I know what’s going on we’ll hopefully be able to work something out.
