Here is an Olympus Electronic Flash TTL Auto Connector Type 4.

It comes in it's box, with instructions and bag.

The condition is perfect - mark and scratchless.

Summary Main Characteristics Notes - Related Units

The TTL Auto Connector Type 4 is designed exclusively for use with the OM-1n or OM-2n (it does not fit the OM-1 or OM-2) to accept a TTL Auto Cord T for off-camera flash operation.		 The unit is screwed into the camera hot shoe socket when necessary, in place of the Accessory Shoe, providing full support for TTL "OTF" Flash in combination with a TTL Auto Cord T on the OM-1n or OM-2n.
With the OM-1n and OM-2n, the signal for the flash ready / flash OK viewfinder LED is transmitted by TTL Auto Connector Type 4.
The TTL Auto Cord T is locked in mechanically when fully inserted into the socket, preventing accidental removal during flash operation. 		 The other side of the TTL Auto Cord T can be plugged into any of the following units to provide off-camera flash: Power Bounce Grip 2, TTL Auto Connector T20, Electronic Flash T32, Electronic Flash T45, T Power Control 1, TTL Auto Multi Connector.
