I WOULD SAY IT IS FOR A LADY'S WALKING STICK

IT IS TWO SIDED AND HAS RUBBING TO THE BRASS BUT NOTHING DETRIMENTAL

IT IS 3 1/4INCHES WIDE AND 2 3/4INCHES LONG THE HOLE IS APPROX HALF INCH WIDE

IT HAS A SCREW THREAD WHICH WOULD NEED A COMPRESSION RING (missing)

Please note I am away from 3rd-6th July
