This chic Model 10, Type B DICTAPHONE hails from the early-to-mid-20th century. It includes the stand and a speaking tube (not shown). The bottom of the machine is "felt" for safe displaying on any surface.
The machine is 12.5" X 9" X 6.5" sitting alone, and about 32-33" tall on the stand. The wheel base of the stand is 16" X 10". Together, they weigh 33 lbs. (If you don't need the stand, SAVE SOME $$$; the stand weighs 8 lbs. You can opt to purchase this without the stand and save on shipping. Let me know when you purchase and I will refigure the shipping costs for you!)
